You are not walking down the aisle.

The first date is not a commitment to walk down the aisle and say "I do" So don't treat it that way. Be yourself, put yourself in her shoes. First dates are nerve wracking to begin with. Be Yourself

This can not be stressed enough. You need to act like yourself in order for her to know you. Don't put on a fade. It is too difficult to continue. Relax and tell her you are enjoying her company. "So I did this today .."

Don't bore her with the minor details of what you had for lunch or where you went on a sales call. Find out what she is interested in. What attracted you to her in the first place causing you to ask her out. When the conversation is free flowing and not stressed it will become full of a salacious energy leaving her wanting more.

Canned Compliments

Don't use the canned reply compliments of "mmm you are so hot!". Most woman do not want to date a man because he thinks she is gorgeous. They want a man that is intelligent and sincere. If you think her eyes are mesmerizing try something like "the moonlight reflects your eyes incredibly. Or that dress matches your eyes perfectly". You will find when you are genuine in your compliments, she will always be able to tell.
